Space Youth Project

A group for young lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBT+) people across in people across Dorset since 2001!

We aim to support young people who are or may be LGBT+ and empower them have positive self-esteem, to know they are supported, to have a sense of community and to overcome issues caused or intensified by prejudice in order to facilitate freedom of expression.

We meet at lots of different places and give LGBT young people an opportunity to meet others, make new friends, chat, go out, plan events and have fun!

In Bridport, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, Dorchester, Weymouth and Sherborne.

Space Youth Project now have have five regular, free youth groups across Dorset which are open to any lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or questioning (LGBT+) young person under the age of 25!
Space Youth Project has been supporting young LGBT+ people and their families since 2001.
All Space Youth Project groups are run by qualified youth workers and dedicated volunteers and are attended by some amazing young people.
